Fee also includes:
Lessons: Hands-on learning about milking, butchery, pruning, farming, preserving, sourdough bread making and sourcing ingredients; excursions to food-producing specialists and tutorials from visiting food professionals; experiential cooking lessons of traditional Sicilian techniques in the Anna Tasca Lanza style.

Transportation: To and from the airport, to and from the cooking school (Monday-Friday) and optional weekend transportation to the train station (Alternative weekend trips will be the student’s responsibility).

Accessories: Cook the Farm apparel, a notebook with selected coursework, readings, copies of all recipes taught during the program, and upon successful completion, a certificate from the internationally renowned Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school.
