This course is designed for those who, while traveling through Sicily, would like to make a brief stop at this country house in the heart of Sicily with Fabrizia Lanza and her family. Students will learn about Sicilian cuisine that they will be able to enjoy at our table while tasting the wines of Tenuta Regaleali. The course includes five cooking lessons during which the students prepare different Sicilian menus using the products of the estate. Meals will take place in the kitchen, alongside the chef, while enjoying the basic wines of Tasca d'Almerita.
Three-day classes begin with a dinner lesson at 5:30pm on the first day, but guests are welcome to check-in any time after noon. On the following two days, a homemade breakfast is provided in the morning then lunch and dinner classes will take place at 10:30am and 5:30pm respectively, with the meal following each class. Guests check out following breakfast after the third night.
