INFO & REGISTRATION:
In order to book your reservation at the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School we require a 50% deposit or you can transfer the full payment amount.
The 50% deposit will be applied toward the overall cost for your course and any additional options. Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to stay.
If a reservation is booked within 30 days or less, a non-refundable full payment is due at time of booking.
* Please let us know ahead of time if you suffer from any food allergies or intolerance to particular ingredients.

Credit Cards are not accepted.
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your stay.
However, the deposit can be applied toward future workshops within one year of the initial payment.
If you require a cancellation with more than 30 days notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have created a strict workshop cancellation policy because private workshops fill the cooking school’s accommodation capacity and we are unable to accept students for other courses during this time. Special workshops require a non-refundable 20% deposit to make your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the workshop. For less than 60 day cancellations, the workshop payment is 100% non-refundable under any circumstance. However, the deposit can be applied toward future courses at the Anna Tasca Lanza Cooking School within one year of the initial payment. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at any time (and in such case, the workshop fees already paid will be reimbursed.) Local visits are subject to change.
